What’s New at Our Practice
Education
Drs Michelle and Richard recently attended a full day seminar by Dr. Gordon Christensen in Virginia , Clinical Research Foundation, reviewing all the latest concepts and best practices for Dentistry 2025/2026. Dr. Garrett McConville recently attended seminars on implants and pharmacology. All the doctors are continuously participating in virtual continuing education in all areas of dentistry. You may also notice plenty of new state of the art equipment in the practice to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Optical scanners, CBCT for 3-D radiographic imaging, new radiography equipment in our hygiene rooms as well as state of the art air filtration throughout the office for enhanced protection of patients and staff

We are proud to say that our practice is celebrating it’s 76th birthday this year of providing comprehensive Oral Health care continuously from our Knickerbocker Road location. The last few months we have been privileged to provide this care to octogenarians, nonagenarians and even centenarians! That is 80, 90 and even 100-year-old plus. We have also cared for young children in recent months from as young as 1 years old and all ages through to our most mature patients as listed above.

Dr. Garrett visited a local elementary school in February in celebration of National Children’s Dental Health Month to speak with kindergarten and first-grade students about the importance of oral hygiene. During the visit, he shared age-appropriate tips on brushing, flossing, maintaining healthy teeth and fun facts, helping students learn how good dental habits can keep their smiles strong and bright.
